Further instructions are given in the context of the resource ed papers will be distributed to conference attendees and also published by springer in the printed conference proceedings, as part of the lecture notes in computer science series.

Initiative is focusing on superdiversity within early childhood education and care (ecec) programs, which is an increasingly common phenomenon, but one without a clear definition or a sufficient research base. For example, the research is clear on the benefits and characteristics of well-implemented bilingual and dual-language ecec programs in settings with a preponderance of speakers of one home language, but there is little research on effective policies and practices where no single language is spoken by most or all dlls and few or no teachers are proficient in students’ home languages.

Papers will be evaluated by reviewers based on their novelty, fundamental insights and potential for long-term will go through a rebuttal phase to give authors the chance to respond to reviewer comments and to discuss them with the research papers committee. Submissions will receive an “accept” or “reject” decision based on the version that was submitted, and rejected full-length papers will not be considered as short papers for poster least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference prior to the listed final version date, and is expected to attend the conference and present the work as scheduled in the conference program.

Full papers cannot exceed 10 pages in length and short papers cannot exceed 4 pages in length. After the rebuttal period has closed, the research papers committee members and chairs will have an opportunity to look through the author rebuttals and would be able to change their reviews based on this information.
